HOW TO ORDER Our cookie collections are themed and grouped on our website around the special times when people come together. However, like our cookies, no two occasions are the same, which is why we place so much importance on the next step: understanding your needs and how we can best cater to them.   This process can be kick-started by phone or email, and it is helpful at this point if you are able to provide us with the following details: Contact name Company name (if applicable) Phone number and email Date of event Approx. quantities required Theme/colours of event Location of event Any special requirements Contact us   TIMETABLE Once your order has been finalised, we require 3-5 days to bake, package and deliver your cookies to Sydney and other locations within NSW, and 5-7 days if you are ordering from interstate. Custom cookies may take an additional 1-2 days. You will be kept informed of the status of your order every step of the way.   PRICING Due to the varied nature of the Cookie Collections and the many ways in which they can be used and packaged it is difficult to quote specific prices here. Our cookies start from $5.50 for an unpackaged cookie and from $6.00 for Cookie Pops with a minimun order of 24. For parties we package the cookies in cellophane bags with ribbon, this is an additional $0.50 per cookie. Our Gift boxed selections (eg. Baby) start at $60.00 for 10 cookies. Custom cookies are created with the customer’s specifications in mind and will be quoted at the time of inquiry.   PAYMENT METHODS We accept payment with cash, bank cheque and all major credit cards including American Express. We prefer to finalise payment over the phone, to protect your privacy credit card details will not be held on file. We will start baking the minute we receive your payment. DELIVERY We carefully wrap our cookies in tissue paper and bubble wrap, and package them in beautiful boxes so they have the best possible chance of reaching you undamaged. Cookies will be delivered to you at your residence, workplace or event location via courier. In some circumstances depending on location the cookies will be delivered by us in person. Delivery is quoted as an additional fee and is based upon mileage.
